Rich Schilling
I thought I should forward this to the riders that may know Rich. A sad situation. He has a motorcycle parts, mail order business and a young family.

Hi guys,
I hope all of you that came to the ride day yesterday had a good time and of course not feeling ill for eating all those hamburgers and hot dogs. We ended up with 49 riders on the day and Carmen and I were the last ones to leave and that was around 4 o'clock. We couldn't have a better track operator to work with than Jarad he will do just about anything to accommodate us.
I'd like to thank everyone that helped with the day especially Carmen and his wife, Stuart, and Dave the cook Neitzel. We welcomed a few new members to the club and renewed a few others. We also entertained some of our younger Gang brothers that wanted to ride the sand track.
I'm very sad to report we had one downed rider yesterday, he is Richard Schilling. He went down by himself at far double just before making the turn into the whoop section. He is being treated at Sutter Rosevile and he may not survive. He broke his back in three places and his neck as well. His spinal cord is severed at C5 and he has no feeling below his chest. His condition worsened last night when he suffered a stroke during an MRI that has left one side paralyzed completely. I'll will email any further news when have it.

We knew and liked Rich. The fact that he leaves behind a wife and two beautiful young boys breaks our hearts. He will be missed. If any one can provide additional info regarding services, please let us know. God Speed.
