It's too bad more NEV.OTMXers dont race OTMX INTL's cuz the three of us had a great time. We camped together, laughed, joked and rode our assess off. You guys ought to try racing OTMX some time. Won't tell you the results,you'll flnd out. bye the by for those who said they couldn't go becuse gas was $6.00 I don't know 'bout you, l paid $4.15 a gal. In Tulare.

Darn, I know I am getting old and have CRS but sometimes I hate to admit it.................bc I am really confused, did I miss something somewhere? Did I get left out of the loop? Do I not know when someone moves, leaves the fold, what did I forget?

I was viewing the results on SoCal website of the Tulure race and I identified (3) three riders from Nev OTMX that attended. I was not surprised to see Duane on the list and then was delighted to see Greg Chapel and James Lamonte also attended. Jim, were those the (3) three Nevada members that
you said attended? You must have pitted with Tom and Gabe from your class beings you are all CV members......................did I miss something somewhere?/.....Rooster

Yes I am a member of CVOT. Why? Well at last years Nevada INTNL someone saw fit to change my race app from Sierra to Nevada so I thought I'd race for another club besides Nevada.
Don't get me wrong Rooster I'm a member (AT LARGE) of Nevada
to vote, to help ( in any way I can) and piss every body off. And hey , Ive known Ron Klawson for 15 years. And he asked me.

My membership kind of confused the situation last year. I was a Sierra member but some jerk changed my app. At Tulare this year Anne asked me what the story was. I told her what happened. I also mentioned it to Ron during our conversation in Dec. about the Nv Intl, it seems some of the CVOT riders were upset after the race, so Ron said come on over and I did but only for racing points. I kinda feel wiered about it now but I think I'll leave it that way for this year.
So now Rooster you are up to snuff.

You tell me!! I turned in a race app for Sierra (my club at the time) but the result came out Nevada.

Sounds like an "honest" mistake to me............I am sure the record keeper could change it to Sierra points if that was the issue..................................Rooster

I apologize, I was wrong. I'm ashamed. I give. I also give up about the incident that day when I approached the trophy table and was told by two of the $200.00 a day people I didn't place in my race. And when I said I was going to my Club Rep (Sierra) a 1st place trophy mysteriously appeared in less than a second. OK I get the message. Screw this whole deal.
