I hope all us OTMX guys were at Comp edge today. I didn't see any OTMX members at Ex 28 today. We had our own practice time and the track was much safer than in the past. I had fun. hope to see some more guys at the next one.

Everybody who races should have been at Comp Edge or Exit 28 and I'm sure everyone who owns, can borrow or can steal a dirt bike will be at the Fern this weekend because Old Timers ride free!

I had to work last weekend at a dog show. Otherwise, I would have raced somewhere. Greg

Just wondering how everything went. Not a word on 775. Seems strange.

Greg Ya gotta do what ya gotta do, after all you run a business. ....Says the guy who ran a business into the ground because he didn't do what he had'ta do!! Don't know whats up with 28 but if there ain't a OTMX Intl. on 28 race days I'll be there. Not runnin' for OTMX points, too lazy to go to all them races but OTMX is great fun and it's where I belong racing wise.

Sunday was fun. The weather looked nasty when leaving the house, but it was sunny most of the day at the track. I heard them say there was close to 200 riders, but judging by the parking lot I assume there was about 140 riders. Could have been a lot of people riding two classes.
There were quite a few injuries. I dont really understand most of them though. I know two younger guys got hurt trying to do tricks off the jumps. Several injuries happened in slow speed corners. I did make an observation that it was of no benifit to the riders to have the ambulance at the track. It took the medics longer to walk all the way across the track than it would take to get an ambulance to the fernley track. They also had to stop the races if the ambulance actually took somebody to the hospital, so they would wait for a transfer ambulance. I could be wrong, its just my observation/opinion.
On a whole I had a lot of fun and I was able to improve my cornering speed in the ruts.
