The VET weekend at Mammoth is this coming weekend. Its my understanding that the 50+ classes where full within the first hour of being available, and the 40+ Nov and Int classes filled with in the first few hours.
I'm so excited for this race I don't even know what to post. I hope to see some of the other NV guys there.
Does anybody know if they clear the pits at night for the vet weekend? We reserved a campsite just out of town, but not sure if we will need it.
72 guys in my class.... Should be AWESOME!!!! No more of this 2-3 guys to race with.
Random exclamation points!! !!!

my weekend only lasted about 3 seconds. Last i remember I was in about 6th place as we made the first rise, then I woke up in the ambulance. Spent the rest of the weekend in either the hospitol bed, or my bed at home. Wish I could tell ya more. I dont remember any part of it.
Doc says I have broken both cheek bones, eyes socket bones, broke the nose in two places. Cracked ribs and wristes, but nothing worthy of surgery. A good concusion and a lot of missing skin, but other than that I'm good to go.
Now I'm not going to race the Vintage day at Honey Lake, or the OTMX race at Washougal. We'll see if I can get healed up intime for the prenational in August.
My wife put up some pictures on facebook, but I dont know how to put them on here, but you can find them if you look me up on Facebook.
Now I'm going back to bed
