I'm out of commission for awhile, but can still take pictures.... When and where is the next club play day? I hear South lake is doing watered practices with a donation system on Wednesday nights... Prossor is also under the rebuild phase. I'm sure we could go up and help out and ride. Ex28 is prepped on the weekends and Tim says if we have enough older guys we will get our own practice sessions. Maybe just an early morning or late evening at the Fern. We are a dirtbike club we should atleast ride our dirtbikes together every once in a while.

I would like to have a play day at Fernley west track. I am going to the KTM ride day at Prairie City tomorrow. It will be the first time I have ridden in almost a year. I rode my DR 250s around the streets today. I had to go get gas for the ride out to Prairie City in the morning. It felt good but I will have to see how my ankle feels tomorrow after riding on a track.

Had a blast riding the 6 KTM SX bikes. I still like the 150 the best. It is just so much fun to ride. The ankle feels pretty good, or at least it doesn't hurt any more now than it did before I rode. I can't wait to get to ride at our track. The sand is so much more fun than that $hit hole that is Prairie City.

Two people want to ride?
This tells me: 1) either nobody reads this forum 2) its to hot to ride a dirt bike 3) nobody cares
Guess I'll have to try to find another way to communicate with the membership. Forum doesn't seem to work, Emails don't seem to work. Phone calls don't get answered, maybe its time to try smoke signals. ;D ;D

I would love a play day. water the track and don;t even drag it.......just water and go....................Good to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We need to ride it as if it were "race conditions". That is a better practice than a freeway..........................water and gooooooo!!!!!!!

Speaking as a newbie, I vote for a day on our home turf. What's the good of having home field advantage if you don't have any? I know you guys know the track by heart so you can spend the day teaching me the good lines!

Your in luck! The club decided to do a low budget watered play day at the Fern on July 22nd early in the morning. I'll make a new thread with more info...
There are also a few members that are going to go check out the So Lake track next wednesday evening.
