Hi All,
Sorry for the delay in posting up the June Minutes. I had misplaced the email Teri sent me... I'll blame it on the head injury.
Thanks again Teri

2012 June Minutes –
OTMX –
Members in attendance –
Teri Trainor, Jeramiah Brown, Rick Lloyd, Gilbert Chick, Harry Trainor, Kyle Wyant, James Lamont, Scott Chick, Stan Smith, Larry Brown, Duane Quick
Update of Old Yeller – we received a call from a guy who wants to buy it, so we may need a title. He is going to look at it on Friday.
Update on corporate entity – new snag – when we filed for old entity to be dissolved, the state says we have to pay fines before we can dissolve about $600 fees for the last two years. They accepted paperwork, but it wont go anywhere until we pay.
Update on Starting gate – with the help of Harry, Timothy and Stan, Jeramiah picked up the new starting gate and other equipment. Paid $2,500 upfront and will pay the $1,000 balance after the international. There was a $250 fee for the trailer. We believe it to be a good deal for what we got. They picked up a starting gate (32), 11 radio and earpieces, hay bale covers, flags, 30 second board, printer, caution tape.
We need helpers for our pre-national on August 26th and for our national to make them successful.
We got our grant from the City of Fernley approved. There was a presentation and we were awarded $5,000. This will pay for trophies, shirts, banners, awards, announcer, advertising.
Duane Quick gave an international report.
