It is with great sadness that I write this.. Thank you for all the support I have received so far. It means the world to me and my boys.
Harry Daniel “Butch” Trainor Jr. passed away on December 5, 2012 with his family by his side, after a long battle with Leukemia. He was born to Harry Daniel Trainor Sr and Trudy (Buffington) Trainor in Hawthorn Nevada on August 15, 1963. He lived in Mina and Gabbs in his early years. He moved to Reno when he was 10 years old. He graduated from Sparks High School in 1981. After high school he joined the army and served abroad. In 1989 he married his wife Teri Lynette Pizorno.
He worked in the drywall trade for many years. He loved fishing, hunting and motorcycle racing. He enjoyed spending his time with his boys, watching them wrestle or race motocross. He was the co-race director for the Reno Over The Hill Gang, and an active member of the Old Timers Motocross Association. He raced the Virginia City Grandprix several times and won numerous trophies.
He was proceeded in death by his father, Harry Daniel Trainor Sr. and his brother, Everett “Stormy” Trainor. He is survived by his mother, Trudy “Buffington” Trainor, his sister, Trudy Bush (Joe) both of Sparks. His wife, Teri “Pizorno” Trainor, his sons Tyler Pizorno, Timothy and Nicholas Trainor of Stead. His nephew Zachary Trainor of Sparks and his niece Kylie Bush of Pocatello Idaho. And other members of a large and loving family.
Services will be held at the Veterans Memorial Hospital in Fernely Nevada, on December 14, 2012 at 11am. Celebration of life will follow at the Lazy 5 Park from 1-4pm.
